OH MOLLY!!!!

I was awakened this morning at 715am to Karl saying, "look at Molly, her lip looks a little swollen" . . . I think that may have been the understatement of the year -- Molly came in a jumped on my bed when I called her and this is what I was met with . . .

"Oh Molly!!!"

It appears little Ms.Molly may have had a run in with a rouge wasp (or perhaps it was less of a "run in" and more of a "Molly tried to snack on the wasp and the wasp wasn't having it"). Either way, following some benedryl and consoling by Nonni I realized she just might make it!! It's easy to give other people advice on their pets but when it's your own you tend to forget everything you know about doggie first aid :) Jersey of course didn't like Molly getting all of the attention . . .

It's been a few hours and the swelling has gone down significantly, however she still has a fat lip . . . the benedryl however has managed to make her nice and sleepy so she can rest while her little body heals -- if Hailey will let her that is!
