It appears little Ms.Molly may have had a run in with a rouge wasp (or perhaps it was less of a "run in" and more of a "Molly tried to snack on the wasp and the wasp wasn't having it"). Either way, following some benedryl and consoling by Nonni I realized she just might
make it!! It's easy to give other people advice on their pets but when it's your own you tend to forget everything you know about doggie first aid :) Jersey of course didn't like Molly getting all of the attention . . .
It's been a few hours and the swelling has gone down significantly, however she still has a fat lip . . . the benedryl however has managed to make her nice and sleepy so she can rest while her little body heals -- if Hailey will let her that is!
"take my picture too mama!!"

Miss Hailey....those girlies are sure going to miss you when you are in Disney!! They will have a slight vacation from you...........but then I watch Yukon dragging Sampson by his collar across my floor and I think they will be right at home!
Oh poor Molly baby what a fat lip. I see Hailey Bug thought that some toys on her head might help with the swelling. Can't wait to see you all this Friday:-)
Ouch...Hammy chases bumblebees all the time too.. Or at least until he catches one someday.
Have a great time at the Happiest Place!!
I didn't know you could give dogs benadryl....I need to start asking you for vet help...what do you do for a 6mo kitten that is showing autoimmune problems? I hate to keep giving him steriods....(and Boompa dont say "shoot it") Don't let that big rat in Fl. get my g-niece! Have fun!
I hope Molly is feeling much better now...
