Playgroup Takes Over

On Wednesday Hailey hosted a playgroup pool party at our house. The kids had a blast splashing in the pool and playing in the sand & water table.

After a few hours outside we came in for some playtime and snacks. . .

when things were winding down I realized we had some unwelcome guests living under the stair railing. . .

great time to realize you have a wasps nest!! Luckily no kids were hurt, but 3 moms did manage to get stung, sorry ladies!! I am happy to report that my pest control people made it out that very afternoon and took care of the problem!!! And I thought all I had to look for were doggie landmines before having everyone over -- I'll be sure to check the deck for unwelcome guests next time!
