Today we ventured to Dunbar Caves with playgroup and had a blast :) Hailey loved the geese (she referred to them as ducks -- close enough for me!) And she kept trying to go into the lake (yuck) guess she thought it was the ocean :)
In other avian news we are expecting some new additions around here -- a new little family has taken up in one of our trees out front -- my plea to mama red breast (it's a robin) is this . . . PLEASE stop dive bombing me each time I try to get into or out of my car -- I PROMISE I am not trying to hurt, steal or otherwise harm your unborn babies!!! I can't say I blame her though, being fiercely protective is just a mama thing to do!!!
I may have to start parking on the other side of the driveway when they arrive, if she's protective now just imagine what she'll be like when they hatch!!!
