Mama Takes 5 --

Last night was mommy's night out!! Karl got free tickets through Fort Campbell to go see Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift at the Somet Center in Nashville. Originally we planned to go together, but couldn't find someone to watch the little bug -- I would only trust 3 people that I know around here to watch her and they were all busy (2 were going to the same concert and the other had to work night shift!) So my wonderful hubby said I could take a girlfriend and he'd hang out with Hailey . . . give mommy a night off and daddy a chance to bond with the baby. He didn't have to tell me twice!! Jada already had a date to the concert, Meredith, so I called another girlfriend, Tara, to see if she'd be interested in going with me. She didn't take much convincing as Rascal Flatts just happens to be her favorite band =) The concert was GREAT, our seats were on the upper balcony but dead center, not too shabby for free tix!! --- I love country music and I don't think it gets any better than a country concert in the country music capital of the world!! Tara, Jada, Meredith and myself all drove together and what better time could be had then a bunch of girls, some good country music and good conversastion?! All I have to say is a girls night out was LONG overdue and hopefully it won't be too long before we can do it again!!
