Christmas Recap

Atlast, I am home, unpacked and able to blog again -- first I'll recap Christmas. Nonni, Papa and Aunt Lisa came to Tennessee for Hailey's first Christmas and it was a great one!!




Hailey got tons and tons of pressies from everyone and I want you all to know just how much we appreciated all of the wonderful toys, clothes, books and other gifts.

First there was the rocking Moo-cow . . . which as many of you may have seen from my previous blog was a hit with me, but also turned out to be a big hit with Hailey -- especially the pretty ribbons!


Hailey also got an American Doll -- lucky girl! I never had one of them =) Nonni, Aunt Lisa and Aunt Linda had fun picking out Hailey's "looks like me" doll in NYC back in March -- funny considering she wasn't born until April =) Judge for yourself just how much she looks like Hailey!
And the gifts go on and on . . .

After present time we had a wonderful day with family and friends. Jada, Garrett and Michelle came over and joined us all for a yummy Christmas dinner Italian / Scottish style. We had ham, beef tenderloin, risotto and veggies, and ofcourse Christmas crackers =)

Finally I'd like to share some pictures for Hailey's Christmas present photo shoot. You see, I wanted to give our families something special for Christmas, after all who needs another sweater?! So I took some fun pictures of Hailey all dolled up! Her and I had a blast and ended up with some super cute pictures which we printed up black and white and framed for gifts. Who needs a professional photographer when you have some Halloween costumes for props and a little imagination?! Hope you all loved your picutres because we really enjoyed taking them!
