That's NOT a fish

As if the month of December wasn't already packed enough with vacations; we decided to attend a marriage retreat from Dec 11-13 in Gatlinburg, TN. Thanks to the US Army we got to enjoy a nice little family retreat in the mountains for free :); our room, meals and childcare were all provided for us! I must admit, deployments (and a few other pitfalls) aside the military life is a pretty great one :) We attended some mini seminars on how to make our marriage and understanding of one another stronger and then were set free to enjoy our surroundings. The weekend was great with lots of fun times had by all .... but the one priceless moment I have chosen to share is when Hailey about had a heart attack at the Ripleys Believe It Or Not Aquarium! She was watching all the fish and yelling "fishies, fishies, fishies" when she looked up to see a diver swimming toward her in the tank; I'm guessing it threw her for a little loop to see a person in there because she ran away TERRIFIED ... and that's putting it mildly .... they say a picture is worth a thousand words .... well here you have your proof ....
